Shadow work is an incredibly powerful journey of self-discovery that invites us to explore the parts of ourselves that often remain hidden—what we call the "shadow self." These parts might be emotions, thoughts, or behaviors that we’ve pushed away, either because we were taught they weren’t acceptable or because they make us uncomfortable. Yet, these shadow aspects are still a part of us, and they have the potential to shape how we experience the world, often in ways we don’t consciously recognize.
